Dr. Veronica Dinu graduated medical school in Timisoara, Romania in 1989, followed by a dermatology residency. Dr. Dinu was board certified in clinical dermatology in 1994, in anatomic and clinical pathology in 2004 and in dermatopathology in 2006, as well as recertified in 2015. She completed a residency in pathology at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York, followed by a fellowship in surgical pathology at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan, New York and a dermatopathology fellowship at SUNY Downstate/Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York. Dr. Dinu has presented at medical conferences and published several articles. She has worked as a dermatopathologist for national and regional laboratories for more than 14 years. Her areas of interest include, epithelial neoplasms, melanocytic lesions and inflammatory lesions.
