Dr. Susan Holland completed her undergraduate education at Furman University, graduating magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry (2001). Shortly after completion of her undergraduate education at Furman, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society (Gamma of South Carolina). Dr. Holland then attended the Medical College of Georgia, where she completed her medical education and earned a medical degree (2005). She remained at the Medical College of Georgia to complete her internship and residency in pathology, where she served as Chief Resident (2010). Upon completion of residency training, Dr. Holland completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at the Ackerman Academy of Dermatopathology in New York (2011).
Dr. Holland holds Board Certifications in Anatomic Pathology (American Board of Pathology) and in Dermatopathology (American Board of Pathology and American Board of Dermatology).
