Dr. Frusztajer has been a surgical pathologist at StrataDx since 2009 and board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology since 1998. Following post-graduate medical training in Internal Medicine and Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, she worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in South San Francisco focusing on gynecologic, urologic, breast, and bone and soft tissue pathology. There she served on the hospital’s quality management and clinical outcomes committees. Subsequently, she worked at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, MA in general surgical pathology and is currently specializing in gynecologic and genitourinary pathology at StrataDx. Expedient communication with clinicians and attention to clinical-pathologic correlation enable her to be an integral part of the clinical care team. Dr. Frusztajer is a peer-reviewed published author and co-author of health and nutrition books for the lay public.
